Its kinda mod abuse, but to not lose progress if you fail you can use the mod that stops the crime spree loss after u fail a mission. Basicly farm up as much crime spree as possible, rank up with cook off and after going infamous just take rewards from crime spree and you already have milions of xp. Before i left the game last year ive been using cook off and crime spree method. imagine griding your ass off to lvl 100 just to sacrifice everything and start over just to have the roman number changed on your card. the main reason people just dont give a damn about it is because its too repetetive and pretty much painful.
